Each cover begins with a premium pre-made leather passport sleeve, built to protect and hold your travel documents securely. From there, Bucking 90 takes over — crafting a custom tooled overlay made from 6-7 oz full-grain vegetable-tanned leather, carved and finished completely by hand in our Alberta shop.
Every swivel knife cut, bevel, and background detail is hand-tooled using traditional techniques that bring the leather to life. Once complete, the tooled panel is fitted, shaped, and bonded onto the front of the passport cover, creating a one-of-a-kind piece that’s both rugged and refined.
