Overview

At Bucking 90 Leather Co., every piece we make is built by hand with time, care, and craftsmanship. Each order is treated as a one-of-a-kind creation, made specifically for the customer who orders it. Because of the custom nature of our work, returns and exchanges are handled differently than standard retail purchases. This policy outlines how we approach returns, exchanges, and the resolution of any issues that may arise with your order.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized items, including belts, wallets, chaps, knife sheaths, and other made-to-order products, are considered final sale. Once a custom order has been approved and moved into production, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. Each piece is made to your specific measurements, tooling designs, and colour selections, and the materials are cut exclusively for your project.

If there is an error or defect in craftsmanship caused by us, we will work with you directly to correct it. In such cases, Bucking 90 Leather Co. will repair or replace the item at our discretion after reviewing the situation.

Non-Custom Products

Items that are not custom-made or personalized may be eligible for return or exchange within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received. All original packaging, tags, and receipts must be included.

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at bucking90.leatherco@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request. Once we review your submission, we will provide further instructions and the return shipping address. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in the quality of our leatherwork, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Include clear photographs and a short description of the problem so that we can assess it. If the issue is confirmed to be a result of a production or material defect, we will offer a repair, replacement, or exchange as appropriate.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. If you wish to exchange a product for the same or an equivalent item, please contact us before sending it back. This ensures that we can verify the availability of materials or replacement stock and provide you with detailed return instructions.

Shipping Returns

All returned products must be shipped to the address provided once your request has been approved. We recommend using a tracked shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned packages. Bucking 90 Leather Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return transit.

Processing Time for Returns or Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm approval or rejection of your return or exchange. Approved refunds or exchanges are typically processed within ten (10) business days. If a refund is issued, please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction to your account.

Gift Certificates

All gift certificates and digital discount codes are considered final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash value.

Final Sale Items

From time to time, Bucking 90 Leather Co. may offer limited-edition or clearance products. All items marked as β€œFinal Sale” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
