Standard Turnaround (Queue-Based)

Most custom orders: typically 12–16 weeks from the date your order is confirmed.

Your project is added to our production queue once we have:

  • Your order placed and confirmed
  • Any required measurements submitted (belts, chaps, etc.)
  • Design details finalized (tooling, names, colors, thread, hardware, etc.)

How the queue works:
Your project will be started as soon as we finish the project we are currently working on. This keeps quality consistent and ensures every customer is treated fairly.

What Can Affect Turnaround Times

Custom leatherwork is detailed, and a few factors can extend timelines:

  • Heavily tooled or multi-piece builds (chaps, full sets, complex overlays)
  • Exotic leathers or specialty materials (availability and compliance)
  • Hardware or supplier delays
  • Peak season (spring/summer rodeo season + holiday rush)
  • Design changes after approval (changes may restart parts of production)

We’ll always do our best to keep you updated if something impacts your timeline.

Cost: Additional 50% of the total order price (added to your invoice)

What you get:

  • Typical turnaround: 1–2 weeks

This service typically cuts your wait to 1–2 weeks.

VIP Gold Service Notes

To keep things fair and realistic:

  • VIP spots are limited and may be unavailable during peak times.
  • VIP applies to production time—shipping time is separate.
  • If your order requires materials we don’t have in-hand, timeline starts once materials arrive.
  • VIP fees are tied to priority placement and scheduling and are non-refundable once production begins.

When placing your order:

  • Add VIP Priority Service as an upgrade (if available), or
  • Message us immediately after purchase with your order number and deadline

If VIP is booked, we’ll let you know what the fastest realistic option is.
