Because our products are custom made, shipping timelines may vary depending on the nature of the order, the materials required, and the production schedule. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered, as well as our approach to packaging, handling, and communication throughout the process.

Processing and Build Times

All Bucking 90 Leather Co. products are made by hand, one piece at a time. This means that we do not ship immediately after purchase unless the item is in stock and ready to send. Custom work such as belts, wallets, and other small goods generally requires between four and six weeks to complete, while more complex builds such as roughstock chaps may take between six and ten weeks.

During peak seasons or large event periods, production times may be extended. We will always communicate realistic timelines and keep you informed as your order moves through the crafting and shipping stages. Rush or VIP options may be available for special circumstances, such as award deadlines or event schedules, and can be discussed before your order is finalized.

Order Confirmation and Updates

Once your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase. For custom orders, additional communication will follow to confirm design details, measurements, and other specifications before production begins. When your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if applicable.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped from Alberta, Canada, through reliable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx. The specific carrier and shipping method may vary depending on your location and the size of the package. Standard shipping typically includes tracking, and we may offer expedited shipping options upon request at an additional cost.

We take great care in packaging each item to ensure it arrives safely. However, once an order leaves our shop, Bucking 90 Leather Co. is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. In such cases, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping service selected. Custom and oversized items such as chaps may require additional shipping costs, which will be discussed and confirmed before final payment is processed. Local pickup may be available upon request for customers in the Alberta region.

International Shipping

Bucking 90 Leather Co. proudly serves customers across Canada and may ship internationally upon request. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the customs process and carrier service.

We comply with all applicable export requirements, but we cannot control delays caused by customs or border authorities.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the item. We will review the issue and help determine the best solution. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Unfortunately, once an item is marked as delivered, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to twenty-four hours to activate after shipping. If you have any concerns about the status of your shipment, you are welcome to contact us at any time for assistance.

Changes to Shipping Information

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct at the time of purchase. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the destination or redirect the package. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment if an incorrect address was provided.
