- Add to cart and complete your order.
- You’ll receive a Custom Design Form to confirm jacket measurements, tooling style, and design details.
- You will need to provide your suit jacket — either by shipping it to Bucking 90 Leather Co. or arranging drop-off — so each piece can be properly fitted and shaped to your garment.
- Once your jacket and design details are received and approved, your custom build begins — crafted entirely by hand.

Care Instructions:
- Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth
- Avoid soaking or prolonged exposure to heat or sunlight
- If the leather becomes dry, apply a neutral, non-darkening conditioner to maintain flexibility
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
- Do not machine wash or dry clean
